Tan Beng Teong
SHRDC’s Executive Director since 1993, he is a Master Trainer where most of his courses are delivered in-house for C-Level executives.
He has over 27 years of experience in the training & vocational education sector on top of working as an Applications Engineer in an ICT multinational company.
Gene comes from an engineering background where he worked on design, testing, manufacturing and technical marketing with one of the world’s biggest computer chipmaker, with one US patent credited to his name.
Gene promotes concepts of self-discovery and lessons to learn various skills in order to generate new ideas in his programmes.
He has trained thousands of employees from the semiconductor, medical, and banking industries.
Roshini has been in the corporate training business for over 17 years, in over 10 countries including Australia, China, India, Japan, Mozambique, the UAE and USA.
Aside from training in the areas of Business Presentations, Customer Service, EQ, NLP and Leading Business Change, she has also been actively involved in the design process workshops in the areas of optimism and resilience, customer service and communication.
In the last few years, her customer service design and delivery work has been for the public sector in Singapore, through the Civil Service College (CSC).
Training and the development of people’s potential has always been an area that she has been actively involved in, backed with 12 years of corporate experience in Human Resources, Skill Development & Training and Quality Systems.
She has trained extensively in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand in the health, insurance, banking and F&B industry, to name a few.
Lily has 18 years of hands-on retail and corporate sales experience with stellar business performance record under her belt.
She has worked with more than 100 corporate clients, including participants from all levels and is experienced in translating human performance into business results.
Her clients in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia are from various industries including Banking, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, Oil & Gas and manufacturing.
Aditi Malik comes with over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, including more than 12 years in of focussed work in L&D and Talent Management.
She has worked in various functions, from Customer Service to Business Strategy and Organisational Development.
She has attended INSEAD’s Blue Ocean Strategy workshop as well as the entrepreneurship workshop, Empretec Training, under UNCTAD, Geneva.
Shafinah Che Ariff has been involved in training and development for more than 20 years. She is passionate about nurturing the present talent for future personal and organizational growth. Prior to starting her own business, she has worked in Hotel, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas Industries. Shafinah is an approved PSMB Trainer. She is also a certified professional coach and assessor.
Academically, she holds a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor in Human Resources Management and Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management. In addition, Shafinah is a certified trainer for DiSC and Everything DiSC, Situational Leadership, Leading Positive Performance, Change Essential. She is also a certified master practitioner NLP and LAB profile.
Her expertise includes DiSC, Everything DiSC, Train-the-Trainer, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Talent Assessment, Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership, and Supervisory Skills, Team Development, Customer Service, Industrial Relations and Performance Management.

Throughout her career, she has developed various program to help the organization attract, grow and retain the right talent to support the business goals.
Chakkapan is a Consulting Partner and experienced Executive Consultant, facilitator and trainer.
He has worked as the General Manager of Training and Development for Central Retail Corporation, Thailand where he supervised over 21,000 employees. His industry experience is diverse, spanning industries such as Automotive, Energy, Healthcare, Manufacturing and more.
He is a sought-after columnist and has written on leadership development and human resources for Thailand’s Bangkok Insights.
Mr Xia is a well-known experiential teaching design expert in China with over 10 years of working experience in foreign companies and an additional 10 of being a professional trainer.
He is a Greater China Authorised Trainer for the ITLN Orange Frog programme and can deliver the course and training sessions in Mandarin for relevant markets and organisations.

Mr. Xie is Greater China Authorised Trainer for ITLN Orange Frog and is renowned for his steady and humorous training style.
He has many years of experience working with foreign company executives and has devoted as many years to the study of curriculum content refinement and methodology.

Based in Singapore, Khyati has been coaching and training since 2001. While she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with ACCA UK, she is also a trained Results Coach certified by the Neuroleadership Institute, USA.
She has coached mid-level to senior executives from numerous industries across Asia, London and the US.
These include senior executives from Deloitte & Touche, Natixis Asia Pacific, Carrefour, Tat Wai and Commerzbank.

Kim Lai is passionate about helping her clients grow as a learning organisation. With more than 20 years of training experience under her belt, she carries professional certifications from Box Hill Institute Australia, Institute of Leadership & Management, UK, and the Institute of Organization Development, US, among others. She enjoys working together with organisations and companies to help their employees reach their potential through talent development management and other methodologies.
