Siow Lip Min is an IPC Certified Trainer in IPC 7711/21 Repair Rework Modification and IPC Certified Trainer in IPC-A-610 Application Specialist Training with SHRDC. Lip Min has over 30 years of professional working experience.

Prior to joining SHRDC, Lip Min was the Equipment and Process Engineering in Texas Instrument Malaysia where he was responsible for the maintenance of assembly and test equipment, product and process development and EMS manufacturing service on functional test and debug support. He has also held the position of Test Debug Engineering in Solectron Romania where he managed the green field manufacturing site start-up crew, provided training of technical support personnel, managed technical and product transfer, conducted product failure analysis and product debug coordination including managing customers’ feedback and communication. He has also worked in Celestica Czech Republic as Engineering Project Manager who managed project development, new product transfer coordination, provided advisory and training coordination and technical consultation. Lip Min also has expertise in Robotic Technology and Electrical & Electronics System.
