The Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC) celebrates 20 years of improving the human resource pool in Malaysia. A leading learning centre since February 1992, we were formed through a smart partnership between the government and private sectors with the objective of developing world class talents through change and innovation leading to a positive impact on performance improvement. Our 50,000 sq ft training centre is fitted with state-of-the-art equipment and technology for each of our programs – Essential Skills, ICT, Manufacturing, Microsystems, Plastics Technology and Solar Photovoltaic. In recognition of our management system quality and our commitment to excellence in training provision, we were awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) Standards certification by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance. We have also won the Human Resources Ministry’s “Training Provider of the Year” Award in 2002 and 2009 in recognition of our achievements and position at the forefront of the training industry in Malaysia.
