BEFORE A COURSE

Registration

There are 3 ways you can register for a course with SHRDC

a) By phone – 03 – 551 33560

b) By filling up the registration form (insert link here) and faxing it back to us at 03 – 551 33490

c) By email at info@shrdc.org.my

A sales representative will contact you soon after regarding your registration.

Confirmation

As soon as your payment details have been sorted out, your registration will be confirmed.

The Confirmation Letter will be issued to you. The letter will include:

a) Directions to course venue, including a map, and

b) Administration details – time and date

Cancellation

After your Confirmation Letter has been issued, you have three (3) working days to cancel participation in the selected course.

Refunds

No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs less than three (3) days before a course is due to begin.

DURING A COURSE

Attendance

It is advisable to be present at the course venue 30 minutes before the course begins to familiarise yourself with the area.

If your course is being held at SHRDC, go to the Front Desk and the concierge will directly you to your classroom. Alternatively, you can look at the board for your classroom’s location.

Parking

Parking fee varies by the location.

If your course is being held at SHRDC, you may park at either of the following locations.

a) MBSA – RM0.40 per hour

b) Open air car park at Block 4 – RM2 per entry

Dress Code

Smart Casual

No slippers, shorts or t-shirts

Photos and Videos

No photo taking is allowed at SHRDC premises

No videotaping of the course is allowed.

Handphones

Be considerate. Switch handphones off or set it to Silent. Even vibrating mode is disruptive to others.

 

Classroom Etiquette

Here are some tips to help you get the most out of your course:

Ø  Don’t Be Shy

Ø  Ask Questions

Ø  Stay Focused on the problem at hand

Ø  Be Considerate to others in your course

Ø  Be Appreciative of another’s point of view

Ø  Don’t Be Disruptive

Ø  No Conversations while another person is talking

Ø  Say What’s On Your Mind – others may be thinking the same thing

Emergency Exits

Take note of the emergency exits at your course venue

In case of an emergency, please follow the Exit signs located around the building.

AFTER A COURSE

Certificates

If you are missing a certificate, please contact us at 03 – 551 33560 and ask for the Operations Department. Please quote your company name, course name, and course date to facilitate assistance.

Invoice

If you are missing an invoice, please contact us at 03 – 551 33560 and ask for the Finance Department. Please have your company name, course name, course date or confirmation letter referral ready.
