The participant will be provided with the knowledge and skills to achieve better productivity and performance in their specific work environments. The course aims to:
• Provide the participants with a basic knowledge of system components and functions of hydraulics.
• Help the participant to build up a better understanding of the fundamental controls and circuit of s hydraulics systems.
• Provide the participant with knowledge of oil properties and requirements of hydraulic oils.
• Provide middle management managers, maintenance supervisors and technicians with a program of instructions which will achieve better productivity and performances.
TARGET GROUP
Middle managers, maintenance supervisors and technicians who are involved in the operation and maintenance of automated hydraulic systems.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
For each of the topic covered, the students are first taught the basic concepts. The principle of operation and its practical implementation are then covered. Demonstrations will be conducted and explanations will be given to lead the participants into various applications of the hydraulics system in the industries. Participants will then perform hands on activities to explore and describe components, functions and circuits of the hydraulics system.
