In recognition of SHRDC’s management system quality and its commitment to excellence in training provision, SHRDC was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS) Standards certification by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance on 30 August 2005.

SHRDC’s QMS certification is for its capabilities in the design, development and provision of training services for skills and competency enhancement.

SHRDC won the Human Resources Minister “Training Provider of the Year” Award in 2002 and 2009 respectively in recognition of its achievements and position at the forefront of the training industry in Malaysia.
